If a disaster should beset your business a replacement environment is essential to get you up and running and back on track. Without maintaining this inventory it is almost impossible to know what hardware and software you normally run. This is also key information for insurance purposes.

Portable Appliance Testing Regular PAT Testing is legally required for all electrical items - not only computer related, but even the office kettle.
